International Data Transfers
We may store or transfer some or all of your personal data worldwide, including countries outside the European Economic Area (EEA). Where laws are less strict, we will apply additional safeguards to ensure your personal data is processed securely.

Data Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards — security software, physical safeguards, strict policy guidelines, authentication technology (certificates), and encryption (SSL). We continually improve our measures as technologies evolve. Our secure server software encrypts all personal information transmitted to and from Payment Strategy Technologies websites.
Do We Share Your Personal Data?
- Within our group companies for service performance, anti-money-laundering and counter-terrorism efforts, and security (including subsidiaries).
- With third parties that supply products or services on our behalf (e.g., payment processing, delivery, marketing). In some cases they may need access to certain personal data. The list of our sub-processors is available upon request from your Partner Dashboard.
- Where legally required (legal proceedings, compliance with legal obligations, court orders, or government authority instructions).
If any personal data is transferred outside of the EEA, we will ensure it is treated just as safely and securely as within the UK and under the GDPR.
Accessing Your Personal Data
If you want to know what personal data we have about you, you can ask us for details and for a copy of it. All requests should be made in writing and sent to the email below. If your request is manifestly unfounded or excessive (e.g., repetitive), a fee may be charged to cover administrative costs.
We will respond within 20 days and, in any case, no later than one month of receiving your request. In some cases, particularly if your request is complex or we must identify you, more time may be required up to a maximum of three months. You will be kept fully informed of our progress.
